Description   

L'Aurore s'apprête à enlever Céphale, l'époux de Procis, dont elle est amoureuse. Ce tableau ainsi que Vertumne et Pomone étaient destinés à être tissés aux Gobelins, selon un projet de Marigny, pour ranimer par de nouveaux modèles l'ancienne Manufacture.
