Description

This statue is a man in a charateristic Egyptian pose, wearing a diadem of flowers and a simple draped garment. He may have been a priest. Although Classical and native Egyptian culture continued to got their separate ways in early Roman times, a few objects shared an odd combination of the two cultures.
