Description

The three heads are fragments of colossal Osiride statues of Hatshephut which originally stood over 15 feet high in front of the columns of the uppermost colonnade at her funerary temple. This head, wearing the Double Crown, belonged to a figure positioned on the nothern side of the colonnade.
