The three heads are fragments of colossal Osiride statues of Hatshepsut which originally stood over 15 feet high in front of the columns of the uppermost colonnade at her funerary temple. This head, wearing the White Crown of Upper Egypt, belonged to a figure positioned on the southern side of the colonnade.
