 | Description | |
The hinge and pin claps of the wider pair of beaded bracelets are inscribed on one side with the name of Queen Sitamun, wife of Amenhotep I, the second king of Dynasty 18. On the other side is the name of his mother, the Queen Ahmose-Nefertari. The bracelets were strung on gold wire, which has preserved the exact arrangement of the tiny stone ring beads and gold spacers.
