 | Description | |
This double sided panel was originally part of an altarpiece wing. The gilded interior, depicting David, Isaiah, and the Magi, was displayed when the altar wings were open. As the exterior panel, this image was visible when the wings were closed. For this reason it was composed and executed in a simpler fashion and was not-gilded.
