Description   

This largely accurate view is of the nave and the north aisle of the Oude Kerk in Amsterdam. At the top of the central window is the coat of arms of the city -three white crosses of Saint Andrew on black ground flanked by red bands. The congregation has gathered around the pulpit to listen the sermon.
