Description
The vitreous entrance hall at the Potsdamer Platz incorporates the rounded form of the "Haus Vaterland" (Fatherland House), a onetime famous entertainment establishment (built by Franz Schwechten in 1912). Its foyer possesses a direct entrance to the underground.

Giorgio Grassi's overall plan was held by different architects including Roger Diener and Jurgen Sawade.
