Yin Sheng and Di Ai Pavilions were built in 1751, during the reign of the Qing Dynasty Emperor Qianlong.
Description   
Each houses a stele inscribed with the "Note on White Dagoba Hill" in four languages of Han, Manchu,Mongol and Tibetan. To the East is Yin Sheng Pavilion. The "General record of the White Pagoda Mountain" was engraved on the stele here. To the West is the Di Ai Pavilion. The "Record of the White Pagoda Mountains Four Sides" was engraved there. Various scenes around the Qiong Island are also mentioned in the "Record". The inscriptions written by Emperor Qian Long(1736/1795) were engraved on the stele in 1773.
